Q: I joined online over 24 hours ago and have not received my Welcome Message with my Free Meal yet.

A: First check your bulk mail folder. If your email is not there and you have added buffetsinc@umi-inc.com to your address book, email our partner at buffetsinc@umi-inc.com. They will resolve the issue and resend your Welcome offer!

Q: My birthday is less then a week away and I have not received my Birthday Coupon yet.

A: Offers are sent the month of your birthday, so if yours has not arrived and you have added buffetsinc@umi-inc.com to your address book, email our partner at buffetsinc@umi-inc.com. They will resolve the issue and resend your Birthday offer!

Q: I cannot view my coupon. What can I do?
