Q: I joined online over 24 hours ago and have not received my Welcome Message with my Free Meal yet.
A: First check your bulk mail folder. If your email is not there and you have added email@eclub-buffets.com to your address book, email our partner at customerservice@emazingmedia.com. They will resolve the issue and resend your Welcome offer!
Q: How do I change my email address or update my information?
A: You may update any of your profile information, including email address, by clicking on the link for your Profile Center at the bottom of the promotional emails you receive.
Q: My birthday is less then a week away and I have not received my Birthday Coupon yet.
A: Offers are sent 3 days prior to your birthday, so if yours has not arrived and you have added email@eclub-buffets.com to your address book, email our partner at customerservice@emazingmedia.com. They will resolve the issue and resend your Birthday offer!
Q: I cannot view my coupon. What can I do?
A: Look for a link--Enable Images, View Content, or something similar. The link is usually above or to the side of the email. If possible, click View All Content from this Sender. If you need further assistance, please forward your message to customerservice@emazingmedia.com and they will resolve the issue.
